MAGIX Webradio Recorder will allow you to listen to online radio stations and record their streaming.
The program offers two different modules: Webradio and Database.

In the "Webradio" module, you will see a huge built-in list of radio stations that stream its content through the Internet, categorized by continent and country. The list shows you details about each station, such as its genre, type, ID3 tags transmission, availability, transfer rate, and website. You can also add any missing station yourself. To start playing the station you want, simply double-click on its name. While listening to the radio station, you can record the sound to your hard disk. It is possible to start and stop the recording manually, set a given time lapse, or schedule a recording job.

The "Database" module will let you work on your recordings. You will be able to edit, crop and trim them, export them to the format and codec you prefer or burn them to an Audio or Data CD, or a DVD.

You can use the unregistered version of this program free for seven days.

Often I add a station with its appropriate URL, get message "station added successfully" and when I play it, no sound comes out, it just counts seconds and minutes. Very annoying, it happens more and more often. Evidently, the program finds it hard to cope with new types of streaming URLs. I have found no troubleshooting. The URLs play fine on Winamp or WMP. Perhaps the Magix software needs some development, too.

It's old software, hasn't been supported for years. I have no problem adding stations, just have to make sure you have the right URL.
